11/29/2017 I would highly recommend Wall and Associates to anyone dealing with tax issues. I went into this being skeptical if this program would work.
I began working with Clarissa who immediately stepped into action to stop my garnishments. I am happy to say that both State and Federal accepted our offers and the nightmare of past due taxes are behind me. I now have a clean slate and no longer have this stress.
Clarissa and her team were very helpful and responsive and I appreciate all of the work they did for me. If you are in tax trouble contact this company for their help out.

Positive Reviews are fake
This company is clearly posting fake reviews in an attempt to improve their rating. The fact is, they are dealing with legal issues in their "home" state of Virginia resulting from multiple consumer complaints.
If you haven't done so, submit your complaint to the Virginia Attorney General's office. Wall and Associates have robbed dozens of people of thousands of dollars. When customers complain and demand a refund, they try to bribe customers to give them a PARTIAL refund IF they remove their negative posts.
They are nothing but crooks who deceive people and take advantage of them because they are in a desperate situation. DO NOT do business with them!!

the ceo start threatning me . he said if i dont stop complaining i want get my refund for $ 2500.
i told him to send me a email . that you are going to give me my money back in order for me to stop. he did answer to my complaints still getting tge runaround about my money that i worked hard for . i had canceled service one hour after i signed up with wall & associates.
after i found out about there lies and scam fraud....
intill today i still didnt het my refund. thanks brandon for making a response with a bunch of lies .
i had a probleme with the irs tax audit. i contacted wall&assocites to help me with my audit.
a few days someone called me his name vincent washinhton out off alabama. we set up a meeting at sandy spring office in georgia. he said that his working with wall law firm and cpa at the same time. i told him i need a represention for tax audit .
on 02.27.2017 . he said dont worrie we well represent you . i just contacted the irs we did recive a sattelment offer from them. i told him how much he said 2500 dollars it well covers the irs and our service.
i signed the contract . after took my debit card . he copied my the information . and he add 350 dolars monthly charge to the contract on a blanck space .
i feelt something not alright . there office in sandy spring is a scam wothout bussines licence on the wal just old laptop . after that i left i checke the bbb website i found alot complaint against them they got kicked out from the bbb. also ripoffreport.
consumer report. they reuse to give me money back they making a billions out off the americans hard working citezens. they take advantage off the irs situation. please do not trust them .
go to local cpa in you town . there big scaming office out off virginia . this people just ruined my life and took my last dime on my saving account . big fraud and the goverment let them get away with it.
do not trust none off there people this people need a big jail time .
and i'm one off there victims. dont do same mistake i did.

As a recent client of Wall & Associates, Inc., I would highly recommend this group for any of your tax issues and needs from the IRS. My tax identity theft issue was resolved in a timely manner due to the team's knowledgable process, persistance, & due diligence with the IRS.
They asked the right questions, and got the right answers, and I was relieved of high stress on the matter. And the fact that I was based overseas, correspondence & communication through email worked just as fine. They were all professional, personable, and results-oriented, I am a happy client! There were some concerns in the beginning, but they worked to quickly alleviate them.

I have the typical IRS story. IRS putting liens on properties, 3-4 letters a week from the IRS threatening me with everything but jail.
I received a flyer from Wall & Associates about helping solve IRS problems. So I contacted their representative here in Dallas named Chappelle (he actually is from Fort Worth) and made an appointment to meet him regarding slowing down the IRS liens. Well, as it has happened to many others, the first thing was how much money could I come up with to start the process. I had no free money but Chappelle said I could use a credit card.
I put $8,000 on a card and maxed it out, Chappelle watched me look for a card that would take an $8,000 hit and encouraged me to use it as he would immediately (that day) call the IRS agent that had been harrassing me and stop the lien on my business. It never happened. Wall got the money and I still had to deal with the IRS alone. I am not going to stop with this complaint.
I signed all the papers necessary for them to act on my behalf, but learned later Chappelle had "lost" them. What??? I am 77 years young soon to be 78 and I intend to get my money back from Wall & Associates. Who will join me in going after this fraudulent group?
Email me and I will look for a class action attorney. I want to go after their crooked representatives as well.

I am writing to highly recommend Wall and Associates for anyone who has had issues with the IRS. My IRS situation was extremely large and seemed like an impossible one that brought me incredible stress and many sleepless nights wondering how I would ever get resolution.

i was lied to by mr vincent washington on 02/16/17 mr told that his tax audit law firm representive i signe the cantract with 500 initial fee . 6 hours 2500 dollars was taking from my account.
i called mr vincent and ceo o wallandassocite to cancel service . they keep given me the runaround every single day. i did my research i found out to many complaints against wallandassociates. nothing but a lie and scam taking advantage off people that desp to resolve there problome with irs.
i'm going to sue the compagny for fraud and scam .
any one want to joining me please call me at 678.525.4276. let's shutt down there bussines nationwide and have them serve some jail time.

Positive Experience with Wall & Assoc
I had been having problems with money I owed the IRS over several years due to economic downturns (I was in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry) and owed the IRS over $23,000 in back taxes and fines. Through the assistance of Wall & Assoc we did an Offer in Compromise for $460.
I paid Wall & Assoc almost $5,000 over more months that I cared to BUT it was due to the IRS moving my file to 3 different locations and starting over every time. Wall and Assoc answered my calls or emails within a few days at most, they handled the IRS's queries expeditiously and to a satisfactory conclusion. I have and will continue to recommend their services to those in similar situations.

Extremely reputable and professional company
After receiving numerous unprofessional letters and ads from other companies throughout the years regarding problems that I've had with the IRS, I received a very professional letter that stood apart from the others. I waited a long time before reaching out to them because I was afraid of what I would be getting into.
After much deliberation I decided to contact them. I have been so impressed with the people and the company and this has been the best move I've every made. After hiring three tax attorneys previously (which did absolutely nothing) Wall and Associates has helped me in ways that no one else has. Truly, I can't say enough nice things about them based on my experience.

I contacted Wall &Associates due to continued tax notices and I knew I needed to get this taken care of once and for all. My team leader Bryant C**** worked diligently with me for 15 months and though it tried my patience the team worked with my financial situation and never gave up on my case.
They remained professional and competent and kept me well informed of the case through e-mails, phone calls and written correspondence the entire time.
I am happy to report that the IRS with the help of W&A came to a most positive outcome and I am very appreciative and grateful of all the work W&A did for me. I now have my life back!

Saved my Company
In 2007, when the financial melt down occurred, I had just completed a 1.3 million spec home that my partner went around me and purchased for the construction loan. I estimate that I lost 150 k +.
I had three other homes under construction of which I was able to close one at the end of July, but the others sat for two years. I got behind in all of my financial obligations including my Federal Taxes. I contacted Wall and Associates originally to stop all IRS activity . I was hoping for a payment plan, nothing more.
During this time, I had to work out of state so my response to their inquiries was slow. However, they always answered my inquires and pushed foreword my case, resolving any issues and refiling as required.
Their resolution of my case saved me at least 100k in taxes, penalties and interest. The resolution gave me a new chance to start over.

l would like to say thank you. Dale and the other team members were very courteous and proficient in their manner of communications, in depth knowledge of IRS policies and procedures allowed them to negotiate successfully a reasonable resolution.
I am very happy with what Wall and Associates did for my tax matter although it did take a lot longer than expected but I would recommend them to anyone that needs the assistance.
They were able to remove the lien, they reversed a garnishment on my wages, and settle my federal and state debt and remove penalties and interest. Thank you again Dale and Mandy for all of your hard work!

Wall and Associates saved me over $70,000 due to an accountant losing my taxes for 2 years. They stopped the IRS in their tracks.
There was no more threats or letters. They really did a great job. They were very nice and very professional. They are a great organization.
Loved dealing with all of them. They even sent a nice gentleman to my home. He told me step by step what they were going to do. They were good at their word.
The people I talked to were great, especially Jessica. She would inform me step by step what they were doing.
Also every call to the IRS that she made, I was informed. Glad they were there.

Absolute Failure
Mike McCrackin (Houston) and his associates sold me on contracting Wall & Associates on the premise that I would have a local person to speak with, premier service throughout the process and that I would pay 1/3 of what I owed the IRS. None of that happened.
I never heard from Mike again, the service from the corporate offices was poor and I ended up going back to paying the IRS $350/month. In addition, Wall made a big deal about at least being able to get the IRS to abate the penalties… that didn’t work either.
The net sum of all this is that I paid Wall more than $5,000 and got nothing. Shame on you.
